This tool lets you read the metadata (EXIF) embedded inside an image file you choose, and displays it in an organized way. All reading happens locally in your browser; the photo is never uploaded to any external server.
3. Acceptable use
- You must not use this tool to violate anyone's privacy, or to extract data from photos you don't have the right to handle.
- Using the tool for any unlawful purpose, including stalking, tracking, or harassment, is prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for the source of the photos you upload and for how you use the extracted results.
- This tool only reads metadata already present in a file. It is not designed or intended to recover, reconstruct, or bypass metadata that a platform (such as a messaging or social app) has deliberately removed.
4. Disclaimer
The tool is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy or completeness of the extracted data. Some photos may not contain any EXIF data at all, particularly those that passed through social platforms that strip it automatically. We are not responsible for any decision made based on the displayed data.
5. Intellectual property
Ownership of any photo you upload remains entirely with you; the site does not acquire any license to it or a copy of it.
6. Advertising
This site may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.
7. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to use the site after a modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
